Uploaded documents (driver's license, insurance cards, signed agreements, and rental photos) are stored securely on our servers. These documents are only accessible to Red Moose Rentals staff and are used solely for the purpose of verifying rental eligibility and resolving disputes. Documents are retained for a minimum of 3 years following the rental date in accordance with Texas business record-keeping requirements.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure database access controls, and hashed password storage. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers in raw form.

• Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements)
